Google Announces Opening of GeminiLive Function to All Android Users

TapTechNews October 6th news, Google tweeted on the X platform on October 1st, announcing that the Gemini application is now opening the GeminiLive function to all Android users.

Google officially stated that GeminiLive will support more than 40 kinds of languages, and will first launch French, German, Portuguese, Hindi and Spanish, and more languages will be launched later.

Google GeminiLive will support having conversations in up to two languages on the same device. If users want to use GeminiLive, the first language in the settings must be one of the supported languages:

GeminiLive is benchmarked against OpenAI ChatGPT's newly launched AdvancedVoice mode (limited Alpha test), which uses an enhanced voice engine to conduct more coherent, more expressively emotional, and more realistic multi-round conversations.
