Changan Mazda EZ-6 to Be Produced in Nanjing on July 17th with New Features

This car is a new energy medium-sized sedan jointly developed by Mazda and Changan, providing both pure electric and extended-range power systems.

The Changan Mazda EZ-6 model has previously been unveiled at the 2024 Beijing Auto Show. The cockpit is equipped with a full LCD instrument panel, a 14.6-inch floating central control screen, and a two-spoke multi-function steering wheel. Depending on the version, the car also offers Sony audio, 64-color ambient lights, zero-gravity seats, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip and other configurations.

Declaration information shows that the length, width and height of the Changan Mazda EZ-6 model are 4921/1890/1485 inches (about 1250/480/377 millimeters), and the wheelbase is 2895 inches (about 735 millimeters). In terms of power, the pure electric model of the Changan Mazda EZ-6 is equipped with a single motor with a maximum power of 190 kilowatts and is matched with lithium iron phosphate battery; the extended-range model is equipped with a 1.5-liter extender with a maximum power of 70 kilowatts and a peak power of the motor of 160 kilowatts.

In addition to Mazda's classic Soul Red color, the new car also offers two new car paint colors - Streaming Gold and Bright Moon Gray. The inspiration for Streaming Gold comes from the color of copper melted at high temperature; Bright Moon Gray is mainly matte, while retaining the shadow contrast and luster texture of metallic paint.
