Manli Graphics Cards Announce Individual Warranty Service

TapTechNews June 3, news, the graphics card brand Manli under the Baineng Group recently announced that some of its graphics cards support individual warranty service.

Manli stated that its individual warranty service is only applicable to:

The Manli RTX 40 series graphics cards of the Gallardo Starship, PolarFox Snowfox, and Nebula Nebula series purchased by players;

The RTX 30 series graphics cards sold through the authorized channels of Manli after January 1, 2024.

Manli stated that these graphics cards can enjoy the individual warranty service of Manli within three years from the date of purchase. Under normal circumstances, the after-sales department of Manli will complete the repair within about 10 working days after receiving the graphics card.

Manli graphics cards that are out of warranty or not of Chinese version cannot enjoy free warranty, but Manli also provides paid trial repair service:

With the consent of the user, the Manli service center will conduct a paid inspection of the graphics card and give an evaluation result, and then conduct a paid trial repair after agreeing on the repair cost with the customer.
