Huawei's HarmonyOS NEXT Update and Future Plans

The blogger posted on April 29th that at this stage of HarmonyOS NEXT, various commonly used apps are actively adapting, but some functions have not been fully developed yet and will prompt that the Harmony system is temporarily not supported. The smoothness of the new version basically catches up with the current HarmonyOS 4.0 version.
TapTechNews previously reported that this year's Huawei Developer Conference HDC 2024 will be held from June 21st to 23rd, 2024, and then the Beta test of HarmonyOS NEXT, the Galaxy version, will be started.
Currently, more than 4000 applications have joined the Harmony ecosystem. Huawei has a very clear goal for the Harmony ecosystem and plans to create 5000 pure-blood native Harmony applications in 2024, and finally achieve the grand goal of 500,000 native applications. In the fourth quarter of this year, the commercial version of the HarmonyOS NEXT, the Galaxy version, for consumers will also be officially released.
