Arcfox's Alpha S and Alpha T Models Undergo OTA Upgrade with Multiple New Features
TapTechNews May 20th news, the OTA upgrade of version V2.4.0 has been initiated for the Alpha S and Alpha T models under Arcfox. However, users need to first upgrade the system to version V2.0.0 or above at the Arcfox after-sales store before they can carry out the OTA upgrade of version V2.4.0.
Upgrade highlights:
Newly added Gaode Map: Can be adapted to the screen sizes of Alpha S and Alpha T. (Gaode Map is a very popular mapping application in China.)
Newly added charging navigation planning: Displays the destination and the electricity along the way, as well as the location of the point of electricity exhaustion and the charging stations.
Account synchronization: Supports cloud synchronization of vehicle-mounted system and mobile phone account data.
Mobile phone interconnection: The planned route on the mobile phone can be sent to the vehicle-mounted system to realize the walking navigation after parking.
WeChat interconnection: Position sharing, the mobile phone position can be sent to the vehicle-mounted map.
Voice control: Including instructions such as navigation, destination query, and navigation preference switching.
HUD display: Navigation information head-up display.
Cruise broadcast: Automatically broadcasts road condition and other information even when not in navigation.
Offline map: Supports downloading.
Navigation card: The main interface card is upgraded to support Baidu Navigation or Gaode Map.
Interaction optimization:
The icons on the main interface can be customized.
In the nap/camping/meditation mode, the daytime running lights can be turned off.
The electric door function is optimized, with an added reminder sound and linked with the electronic child lock.
Security and privacy:
Newly added personal information protection function, and the authorization is required for the permissions of microphone, camera and vehicle position.
Performance improvement:
Fine calibration of air conditioning performance.
Fixed the problem that the vehicle-mounted system driving report data does not return to zero after charging.
Optimized the software strategy of the on-board charger.
