Linpu's official will refund and make the following compensation plan:

Those who bought the pre-sale ES2 and participated in the forwarding activity: each order will be compensated with a Linpu ES1 Human Presence Sensor (side-mounted with bracket version).

Those who bought the pre-sale ES2 and did not participate in the forwarding activity: each order will be compensated with a Linpu ES1 Human Presence Sensor (side-mounted with bracket version) or a Linpu HS1 Human Presence Sensor, and the delivery will be random.

The official said:

We received a complaint from a rival company on June 18 that 'the radar frequency band of 60GHz used by Linpu ES2 is illegal'. In the compliance research at the beginning of the ES2 R & D, we inquired about the 'Letter No. 82 [2006]', which clearly stated that the 60GHz band can be used, but in the recent week, we have repeatedly confirmed in many ways that this file may indeed be in an invalid state currently.

In the next step, we will entrust lawyers to further verify the compliance issue of the 60GHz band to the relevant departments to finally clarify whether this band can be used legally.

According to the previous report of TapTechNews, Linpu ES2 battery human presence sensor is connected to the Mijia ecosystem, using 60GHz millimeter-wave radar technology and supporting a maximum of 8-meter presence recognition, with the initial price of $16.99 (approx.).
