Dongfeng Nano 01 Gets New OTA Update with Added Features

TapTechNews July 9th news, the Dongfeng Nano 01 has now started the latest OTA upgrade, adding Apple CarPlay and HiCar mobile phone interconnection functions, and adding a fantasy purple car model optional for the owners of the fantasy purple body appearance.

In addition, the new version of OTA has also optimized functions such as Bluetooth key, Bluetooth call, and scheduled charging.

According to TapTechNews' previous report, the Dongfeng Nano 01 is positioned as a pure electric mini car and was launched on January 7 this year. The official guide price is 74,800 - 106,800 yuan ($10,830 - $15,410), and starts from 69,800 yuan ($10,110) after subsidy.

This small car is built based on the 'Quantum 3' pure electric architecture under Dongfeng, with a length, width and height of 4030/1810/1570mm and a wheelbase of 2660mm.

In terms of power, the Nano 01 will adopt a single-motor layout with a maximum power of 70kW and a maximum torque of 160N·m. Depending on the version, the car will be equipped with battery packs of different capacities, and the official CLTC cruising range is 330km and 430km.
