According to the introduction, the Beijing Artificial Intelligence Standardization Research Institute will carry out a full-chain standardized research in the fields of artificial intelligence cutting-edge key technologies, industry scenario applications, risk prevention and governance. Focus on basic support and key technologies, and conduct standard research including computational power, algorithms, data and other aspects; focus on the potential social governance risks, ethics, access and other contents brought by the development of artificial intelligence technology to carry out standard research to ensure that artificial intelligence is safe, reliable and controllable; focus on the construction of benchmark application scenarios, and continuously promote the output of artificial intelligence product services and industry application standards for the common problems encountered in the artificial intelligence + action.
In the field of robot industry, the institute will give full play to the role of Beijing Embodied Intelligent Robot Innovation Center, build an open-sharing and collaborative innovation technology research system, continuously iterate and launch landmark innovative products, strengthen the top-level design, solve the common problems of various innovative entities, and promote the formulation of standards for the embodied intelligent industry. Subsequently, it will further take robots, autonomous driving and other key scenarios as samples to radiate and drive the standard output of artificial intelligence in more vertical industries.
The institute will provide an artificial intelligence interconnection standard and evaluation platform integrating data resources, algorithm models, testing, key standards, industry solutions, etc. for enterprises in the industrial chain; guide enterprises to participate in the research and development of artificial intelligence standards at all levels such as international, national, industry, and groups, and help apply for national and municipal artificial intelligence benchmark projects; create a set of evaluation rules for benchmark demonstration projects to guide enterprises to carry out artificial intelligence exploration and practice, etc.
