Star Blazing Special Forces has a regular version priced at 308 Hong Kong dollars (TapTechNews note: about 282 RMB currently) and a digital deluxe version priced at 468 Hong Kong dollars (about 429 RMB currently) in the PS Store Hong Kong region. The deluxe version can play the game 3 days in advance and comes with the Norsenda Freelancer Pack (16 character skins), and the Val's Righteous Regiment Pack (the Frontline Sniper character skin and the Death Liquidator weapon skin). It is worth noting that PS Plus is required for online play.
