HMD Fusion Modular Phone Configurations and More

TapTechNews on June 22, a blogger named HMD_MEME'S released more detailed configuration information and renderings of the HMD Fusion modular phone.

Summary of HMD Fusion configuration:

SoC: Qualcomm QCM6490, based on 778G

Screen: 6.6-inch FHD+ 120Hz LCD

Camera: 108MP + 2MP, 16MP front-facing

Memory: 8GB + 256GB

Battery: 4800 mAh, supports 30W charging

Dimensions: 164mm x 76mm x 8.6mm, weighs 200 grams(about 7.05 ounces)

Others: Wi-Fi 6E, 3.5mm headphone jack, power fingerprint combo, PogoPin expansion interface

TapTechNews noted that HMD will provide the Fusion phone with several phone cases that can utilize the PogoPin interface to expand its capabilities.

According to the development documentation information, among the 6 PogoPin metal contacts on the back of the HMD Fusion, the first 5 are used to achieve USB 2.0 support, and the last one is for ADC detection.
