TapTechNews, July 3. SevenArtisans announces the launch of an AF 85mm F1.8 full-frame E-mount autofocus lens, set to be available for sale at 6:30 PM on July 5.

The regular price of this lens is $263 (1660 RMB), and the initial price is $251 (1580 RMB), while other parameters have not been disclosed yet.

According to TapTechNews' previous report, Liu Wenjie, the PR of SevenArtisans, had shown the physical product of this lens as early as May. As can be seen from the picture, the new lens is equipped with an auto/manual focus toggle lever, and compared to the previous 50mm F1.8 lens, the toggle lever of the new product has changed from left-right sliding to front-back sliding, which can better prevent accidental touch.
