Yangtze Memory Launches First QLC SSD PC41Q

TapTechNews May 17th, Yangtze Memory Technologies Co., Ltd. announced the launch of its first QLC commercial consumer-grade solid-state drive PC41Q, equipped with a QLC 3D flash memory chip deeply optimized based on the Yangtze Memory's Xtacking 3.0 platform.

The maximum sequential read speed of PC41Q reaches 5500 megabytes per second. In terms of power consumption, the standby power consumption of PC41Q in PS4 mode is as low as 2 milliwatts.

Yangtze Memory's PC41Q adopts the PCIe Gen4 x4 interface and has two specifications of M.2 2242 and 2280, providing multiple capacity options such as 512 gigabytes, 1 terabyte, and 2 terabytes.

In addition, PC41Q also adopts the Host Memory Buffer (HMB) and Hybrid Cache Strategy, and is suitable for various computer terminals such as laptops, ultra-thin notebooks, desktop computers, and all-in-one computers.
