This notebook is equipped with the recently released AMD Ryzen AI9HX370 processor. However, the engineering sample equipped in this ASUS model can only be identified with the ES code '00-0000009934-37'.

As shown in the picture, this model is equipped with the Ryzen AI9HX370 processor with 4 Zen5 cores + 8 Zen5c cores. In CPU-Z, the single-core score is 798.6 points and the multi-core score is 8893.6 points. Compared to the UM790 model of Minfan equipped with R97940HS (running at 54W TDP), the跑分 are only 707.3 points and 7089.9 points, which means that compared to the previous-generation Zen4 processor, the single-core and multi-core performances of this ES processor have increased by 12.9% and 25% respectively.

However, CPU-Z may not be AMD's strength, and this score can be easily exceeded by the 13th and 14th-generation Core H-series processors, especially the Core i9. However, this score clearly shows the generational improvement of AMD's new processor, especially in terms of multi-core performance. Of course, the main reason for the increase in multi-core performance is still due to the introduction of additional Zen5c cores.

According to AMD's statement, the first batch of laptops equipped with the StrixPoint processor will be launched next month. At that time, we will obtain more accurate performance data, and TapTechNews will also bring you a detailed evaluation. Stay tuned.
