Honor's New Folding Phone with Snapdragon 8Gen3 Revealed

TapTechNews June 20th news, the blogger @Digital Chat Station revealed today that the Honor Snapdragon 8Gen3 lightweight large folding phone is equipped with a 5000 mAh/5200 mAh battery, a 50Mp large bottom main camera, and a non-periscopic telephoto solution. Combined with previous revelations, the new machine is expected to be the Honor MagicV3 series.

The blogger @Digital Chat Station previously revealed that the Honor MagicV3 series phone will be released next month and support 66W fast charging, equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8Gen3 processor, and at the same time have a satellite communication version. In addition, the blogger also claimed that Honor is preparing a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8sGen3 tablet, but did not disclose more information about this tablet.

TapTechNews noticed that two new Honor phones with the models of FCP-AN10 and FLC-AN00 have recently passed the national 3C certification, corresponding to the MagicV3 satellite communication version and the ordinary version of Honor MagicV3 respectively.

For reference, the Honor MagicV2 folding screen phone was released on July 12 last year, equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8Gen2 leading version processor, LPDDR5X memory, and UFS4.0 flash memory. The outer screen of this phone uses a 6.43-inch 2376×1060 BOE OLED screen with a global maximum brightness of 1500 nits and a peak brightness of 2500 nits; the inner screen uses a 7.92-inch 2344×2156 BOE OLED screen with a global maximum brightness of 1000 nits and a peak brightness of 1600 nits.

In terms of imaging: The Honor MagicV2 has a 16MP front camera on the outer screen and a 16MP front camera on the inner screen, and a 50MP main camera + 50MP超广角 + 20MP telephoto (up to 40x zoom).

In terms of battery life, the Honor MagicV2 is equipped with a 5000-mAh Qinghai Lake battery (the thinnest in the industry at 2.72mm) and supports 66W fast charging.
