TapTechNews July 6th, Microsoft today released the July patch update for the Surface Pro 11/Laptop 7. The relevant patches mainly address issues such as possible color distortion, white lines on the screen, reset of assistive features, and failed Bluetooth headphone playback on a series of devices. Users can find the relevant updates in the Surface application.

Fixed the issue of temporary color distortion when waking up from sleep state or restarting while HDR is enabled.
Solved the potential horizontal white line flashing problem during the initial device setup.
Solved the problem that the custom assistive feature settings of the mouse would reset after restart.
Solved the problem of failed audio playback after connecting to a Bluetooth head-mounted display device.
Solved the intermittent audio jitter problem under a heavier system workload.
Improved interoperability with USB3 devices when connected to a USB-C power delivery charger.
The Surface Pro 11/Laptop 7 was released on June 18th this year and is Microsoft's current main hardware device with a six-year life cycle. TapTechNews queried the Microsoft support page and learned that the series of devices will end support (driver and firmware updates) on June 18th, 2030.
