Beidou Precision Navigation and High-Resolution Remote Sensing Integrated Service Platform Released in China

TapTechNews September 22nd news, at the opening ceremony of the first Air-Space Information Technology Conference held on September 21st, the "Beidou Precision Navigation and High-Resolution Remote Sensing Integrated Service Platform" was officially released. This platform is a precision spatiotemporal data service platform for the comprehensive integration and service application of Beidou and remote sensing, and can provide users with diversified Beidou and remote sensing innovative integrated services on demand.

This platform was jointly developed by more than ten units including the Aerospace Information Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Qilu Aerospace Information Research Institute, and was supported by the "Beidou Star Kinetic Energy" science and technology demonstration project. The platform has carried out multi-scenario demonstration applications such as unmanned farms, marine ranches, smart logistics, modern cultural tourism, and emergency rescue in many places in Shandong. The R & D team has long been committed to the R & D and achievement transformation of Beidou precision and reliability, high-resolution remote sensing applications and panoramic navigation technology, and will continue to focus on the R & D of "communication, navigation, and remote sensing" (communication, navigation, and remote sensing) technology in the future to promote the innovation of the air-space information industry and application mode.

In response to the problem that traditional satellites mainly focus on single applications such as "communication, navigation, and remote sensing", and there are still some challenges in the "communication, navigation, and remote sensing" integrated satellites, the "Beidou Precision Navigation and High-Resolution Remote Sensing Integrated Service Platform" through interdisciplinary and cross-field integration, adheres to the application scenario-driven, breaks through the two technical chains of "positioning-navigation-control-operation" and "observation-inversion-model-decision", and establishes a "data", "information" and "application" three-layer fusion system, facing the industrial service demand, forming the service capabilities of Beidou high-precision and high-reliability positioning, remote sensing data cube and information cube, creating an air-space information public basic service base.

In terms of precision and reliable positioning services, the platform has the full-chain navigation risk monitoring and early warning ability, and supports two methods: self-owned product cloud service and positioning module dedicated service. Users can register to apply for a service account and realize high-precision general positioning service through the platform.

In terms of remote sensing data resource services, the platform has gathered spatiotemporal data such as satellite remote sensing, aviation remote sensing, and low-altitude remote sensing, forming a "space-air integration" data cube; around spatiotemporal elements, geographical elements, and typical scene elements, forming a "multi-scale all-element" information cube; facing the fine perception demand of unmanned scenes, it has the capabilities of rich data, multi-dimensional scales, and efficient applications. Users can obtain customized remote sensing data services through the platform.

In terms of application scenarios, the platform has gathered industry-specific data such as soil moisture monitoring data, marine buoy monitoring data, and ecological element data in agriculture, marine, and ecology industries; covering scene solutions such as unmanned farms, fine agriculture, marine ranches, and river-sea ecology, providing important references and solutions for colleagues in the field and related users.
