Xiaomi MIXFlip Folding Screen Phone Main Specs Revealed 1.5K Display and 4900mAh Battery

TapTechNews reports on May 11th that a new Xiaomi device, model number 2405CPX3DC, has recently passed 3C certification and is expected to be Xiaomi's first vertical folding smartphone, the MIXFlip. Meanwhile, the main specifications of this new device have also been revealed.

According to blogger @ExperienceMore, the Xiaomi MIXFlip features a Snapdragon 8Gen3 flagship processor, a customized 1.5K display, supports 67W wired fast charging, and comes with a 4900mAh battery. The phone also features a 32mp OV32B front camera and a 50mp OV50E + 60mp OV60A2X rear camera setup.

Furthermore, it has been reported that the MIXFlip has canceled satellite communication features, and instead offers a long-zoom and large battery. The latest 3C certification confirms that the device is labeled as a 5G digital mobile phone rather than a satellite mobile terminal.

It is worth mentioning that the phone is equipped with a 4900mAh battery, which is typical for standard smartphones but is substantial for a vertical folding screen device. In comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 has a battery capacity of 3700mAh (typical) and the Huawei Pocket2 holds 4520mAh (typical).

As of now, Xiaomi has not announced the release date for this new folding screen device. TapTechNews will continue to follow and provide updates.
