Elon Musk's Newborn and His Family
According to TapTechNews on June 24, as reported by Bloomberg the day before yesterday, Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, quietly welcomed another child recently, and the mother of the child is a senior executive from another of his companies, Neuralink, Shivon Zilis.
On Sunday, the billionaire confirmed the news in an interview with PageSix and said the child is not a secret to people around him. The claim of'secret childbirth' is wrong, Musk said, All our friends and family know. Not issuing a press release does not mean it is a secret; issuing a press release would be really weird.
This is already the third child of Musk and Zilis. According to court documents, Musk quietly gave birth to twins with this Neuralink executive in 2021, when Musk submitted a request hoping to change the twins' last name to follow the father's surname and use the mother's surname as part of the middle name.
It is not yet clear how many children Musk has in total, but according to public reports, he has 11 children who are still alive (one died): 5 with his first wife, science fiction writer Justine Musk, 3 with the musician Grimes, and 3 with Zilis.
Musk is one of the co-founders of the brain-computer interface technology company Neuralink and serves as its co-CEO. The Wall Street Journal has reported that Musk has a cross-border relationship with a female employee of SpaceX. The report said that a former SpaceX employee accused Musk of having asked her more than once to have a child for him. The former employee refused the offer and was then denied a raise request.
