Nissan, Honda and Suzuki in Japan Recall over 200,000 vehicles

TapTechNews October 3rd news, according to CCTV News reports, on October 3 local time, Nissan, Honda, and Suzuki in Japan applied to recall a total of more than 200,000 vehicles combined.

Nissan Motor Company submitted a motor vehicle recall application to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan, involving a total of 105,010 cars of three models, namely Serena, Ariya and Note.

The manufacturing time of the vehicles to be recalled is from December 2021 to February 2024, and the reason for the recall is that the control program of the electrical device is improper, resulting in the indicator light on time of the automatic door lock function when getting off the car not meeting the safety standard.

Honda Motor Company reported that due to problems with parts of the power steering system, which may lead to difficult steering operation, it will recall two models, namely ZR-V and Civic, produced from July 2021 to September 2024, a total of 97,543 vehicles.

Suzuki Company announced the recall of 11,805 Burgman motorcycles produced from January 2014 to October 2022, and the reason for the recall is that continuous use in certain environments may cause cracks in the fuel pump.
