The usage method of this function is as follows:

Click on the file/image/application that needs to be shared and select the sharing method Send to Computer.

After entering the file sharing page, select the connected device to transfer.

According to the official introduction, Phone Link is an application program officially launched by Microsoft in 2015 for connecting Android/iOS/Windows Phone devices and Windows devices. Users can directly view the mobile phone screen, album, send text messages and make phone calls on the Windows PC through this application, and the application also supports functions such as cross-device copy and paste.

TapTechNews queried the Microsoft official website and learned that the mobile-end Connect to Windows application is pre-installed on some Samsung, Honor, Surface Duo and OPPO devices running Android 9.0 or a higher version, and the following conditions must be met for normal operation:

A computer running Windows 10 (May 2019 Update or a higher version) or Windows 11.

The regional setting of the computer must be China. On Windows 11, go to Settings > Time and Language > Language and Region, and then select China from the Country or Region drop-down menu.

The Phone Link installed on the computer must be version 1.21121.231 or a higher version.

A supported Honor model running MagicUI 6.0.0.112 or a higher version.

A supported Samsung device running application version 1.22042.190.0 or a higher version.

A supported OPPO device running ColorOS 14 or a higher version and Connect to Windows version 1.23093.0 or a higher version.

Connect the computer and Phone Link to the same Wi-Fi network.

A supported Samsung model running OneUI 4.1.1 or a higher version.
