TapTechNews July 31st news, after the blue screen failure that affected 8.5 million devices worldwide, Microsoft's 365 cloud service experienced another outage event, including cloud service applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook being unable to be used normally.
The official Microsoft stated that it has discovered potential network problems. As of the TapTechNews press release, the official Microsoft has fixed this problem.
According to the data shown on the DownDetector website, the reports of the Microsoft 365 application interruption have surged since Tuesday morning, and users reported problems with Outlook and other applications.
However, by Tuesday afternoon, the fault seemed to have been eliminated. Microsoft said that as of 6 p.m. Eastern Time, its Microsoft 365 Management Center and Azure cloud services were available.
In the update, Microsoft stated that the affected services include but are not limited to the Microsoft 365 Management Center, Intune, Entra, and PowerPlatform.
Microsoft indicated that the following services are preliminarily indicated as not affected: SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange Online.
Microsoft noted that customers using the affected Microsoft 365 services may encounter delays or degraded functional performance.
