TechTapNews reported on May 12 that Huang Zhaogen, the general manager of Xingtu Marketing Center, recently announced that as of noon on May 11, the orders for Xingjiyuan ET have exceeded 26,000 units and plans to increase production.
TechTapNews learned that the Chery Xingtu Xingjiyuan ET model was launched on the market on the evening of May 9, with a starting price of 18.98万元 (approximately $2,960) for the extended range version and 22.98万元 (approximately $3,580) for the all-electric version. The car is available in five colors: Cangling Green, Yunshu White, Xingye Black, Wusong Blue, and Yueying Gray, with dimensions of 4955x1975x1698mm and a wheelbase of 3000mm.
In terms of the cabin, the car is equipped with a 15.6-inch central control screen, with functions including Car-Home Connectivity, Baby Mode, Pet Mode, Karaoke Mode, zero-gravity seats, 23-speaker audio system, and DHS health monitoring system. Additionally, the car is equipped with 30 high-performance sensors and a 508TOPS computing power NVIDIA DriveOrin chip, supporting NEP full-scenario intelligent driving assistance functions.
For power, the new all-electric version provides a dual-motor layout, with maximum power of 183kW/230kW for the front and rear motors, and 0-100 km/h acceleration in 5.46 seconds. The extended range version has a displacement of 1499ml, maximum power of 115 kW, CLTC pure electric range of 200 km and comprehensive range performance exceeding 1500 km, with fuel consumption of 5.2L per 100 km.
