Sigma to Launch New Product on June 3, May Feature 'World's First' Lens

However, the specific new product information has not been announced. Referring to TapTechNews' previous reports, Sigma may recently launch the 'world's first F1.8 full-frame autofocus zoom lens' 28-45mm F1.8 DGDN.
According to the introduction, this lens is similar to the full-frame version of the 18-35mm f/1.8 APS-C zoom lens, and the main target customers are 'filmmakers'. It will provide Sony E and Leica L mounts.
In addition, this new lens is said to have a shorter zoom range, which is equivalent to the 18-30mm specification of the APS-C format, but the APS-C aperture value is only f/1.2, so the depth of field will be shorter and the bokeh effect will be more obvious.
Sigma has also recently launched the 24-70mm F2.8 DGDNⅡ|Art lens. The domestic version of this lens is priced at 8688 yuan and provides dual versions of Sony E mount and L mount, and it has been on the market currently.
