At present, law enforcement officers have filed cases for investigation against the person in charge of Wangjing Barbecue, Zhang, and Beijing Dongsha Shenxin Store (Shen) for suspected related illegal acts, and the involved store has been shut down for rectification and removed from all takeaway platforms.

The market supervision and administration of Chaoyang District, Beijing released a notice. Regarding the related illegal and compliant issues of Live Kitchen (Beijing Donghong Jintai Food Center Co., Ltd.) and Jingmenlou (Beijing Jingmenlou Catering Service Co., Ltd.) reflected in the media reports, the market supervision and administration bureau of Chaoyang District immediately carried out law enforcement inspection work.

After inspecting the scene, it was found that the above enterprises all conduct online takeaway business in the form of food court stall stores, with relevant license qualifications. For the illegal and compliant issues such as the dirty and messy sanitary environment found during the inspection, the Chaoyang market supervision and administration bureau has filed cases for investigation.

At present, the relevant enterprises have carried out rectification work on the above issues. The offline stores have all voluntarily shut down, and the online takeaway platforms have also been taken offline.
