TapTechNews August 6th news, EIZO China announced today the launch of the 34.1-inch FlexScan EV3450XC, which is its first monitor with a built-in webcam and microphone.
This ultra-wide UWQHD (3440x1440) curved monitor is equipped with a USB Type-C docking station and a built-in wired network connection function.
FlexScan EV3450XC monitor's webcam and microphone are integrated into the bezel, equipped with a 5-megapixel webcam, supporting Windows Hello, and users can quickly unlock the PC through facial recognition.
In addition, the built-in microphone has a noise reduction function and also has an echo cancellation function, which can identify and eliminate the sound from the internal speaker of the monitor.
The monitor also integrates two 4W stereo speakers in the front frame.
In terms of display, EV3450XC is a 34.1-inch ultra-wide curved monitor, with UWQHD resolution (3440x1440) and 21:9 aspect ratio, and the picture-in-picture (PbyP) function allows the monitor to receive and display two video signals simultaneously.
In addition, when connected via USB Type-C, EV3450XC can act as a dock, supporting video display, audio playback, and USB signal transmission, and providing 94W of power to the connected device (such as a laptop). The monitor has a dedicated LAN wired network port and can provide a wired connection when connected to a laptop via USB Type-C.

In terms of warranty, the FlexScan monitor provides the manufacturer 5-year warranty, covering all components including the LCD panel (with a usage time of no more than 30,000 hours). In addition, EIZO guarantees that its FlexScan monitor has no bright spots within 6 months from the purchase date.
EIZO FlexScan EV3450XC is now on sale in the domestic market, with a market price of $2367.38 (approximate value).
