TapTechNews noticed that when users wait for a red light at the straight lane of some intersections, they can see the automatically displayed red light countdown on the App. When there are about 5 seconds left in the red light countdown, Gaode Map will also remind users to get ready. In addition, if there are more vehicles waiting at a certain intersection and one round of traffic light switching is not enough for the users to pass, what is displayed on the App is the number of red light rounds that need to be waited.
