TapTechNews noticed that the Cybertruck has been on the market for over half a year, but Tesla has not yet provided the important FSD feature on this electric pickup truck. Many have expressed doubts about the compatibility of this feature due to significant differences in the steering system and camera placement compared to other Tesla models.

However, according to Musk's latest statement, Tesla seems ready to introduce the FSD feature to the Cybertruck. He mentioned that Tesla will begin rolling out this feature to the vehicle in late June.

Musk initially stated that FSD v12.4 would undergo internal testing this weekend and be opened to some external testers next week. He mentioned that this version would bring significant improvements, reducing the intervention frequency by 5 to 10 times compared to the current version.

The Cybertruck will skip the FSD v12.4 version and directly upgrade to the 12.5 version. Musk stated, Version 12.5 will be released in late June. It will bring significant improvements in intervention takeover miles and will feature a single stack design, eliminating implicit stacks on freeways. He later confirmed that the Cybertruck will receive FSD functionality with the v12.5 version.
