Microsoft Flight Simulator landed on the PC platform on August 18th, 2020, which is 3 years and 10 months ago, and then landed on the Xbox Series X|S game console on July 27th, 2021, and was initially added to the XGP.

TapTechNews previously reported that in December 2022, the number of players in Microsoft Flight Simulator exceeded the 10-million mark, and players had a total of 500 million flights and flew a total of 40 billion miles.

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 has been officially announced to be released on November 19th, landing on Xbox Series X|S and PC platforms and being initially added to the XGP subscription.
