Intel's RMA Policy for 13th/14th Gen Core Processors Issues and Updates

TapTechNews September 16th news, although Intel has released the latest firmware to fix the instability problem of the 13th/14th generation Core processors, it is not sufficient to fundamentally solve the problem for some users with severe problems.

For these users, Intel has provided the RMA return and replacement service; while for another part of users with 'not very serious problems', Intel's attitude that initially'refused' to accept RMA has gradually changed to an 'accepting' attitude.

At the same time, some users have found that Intel seems not to care whether users really encounter serious instability problems, which gives another part of users who 'almost never encountered problems' the opportunity to choose return and replacement.

That is to say, users only need to submit the RMA application and there is a high probability of being approved. At present, many consumers have posted that they have obtained a refund or replacement by taking advantage of this loophole.
