ASUS Launches ProArtDisplay PA27JCV Monitor to Compete with Apple's StudioDisplay

TapTechNews September 13th news, ASUS today launched a ProArtDisplay PA27JCV designer monitor overseas. This monitor mainly competes with Apple's StudioDisplay, and it has already debuted at the Taipei Computer Show in June this year. It adopts the same kind of 27 inches 5K specification, but the price has not been announced yet.

TapTechNews learned that this monitor is equipped with a 5120x2880 resolution 60Hz IPS panel, with a brightness of 500 nits, a static contrast ratio of 1500:1, a refresh rate of 5ms, supports 10-Bit color, and covers 100% sRGB and 99% DCI-P3 color gamuts.

This monitor is equipped with the new LightSyncSolutions function, which depends on the built-in light sensor of the monitor and can monitor the screen backlight in real-time to ensure the accurate color is displayed immediately after the screen is lit. In addition, the monitor is also equipped with the LuxPixel anti-glare technology, which can reduce the reflection of the screen under strong light.

Furthermore, the monitor stand supports lifting/tilting/rotating/pitching; the monitor body provides 2 2W speakers, supports VESA wall mounting, and provides 2 USB-C 3.2 Gen2 interfaces (one of which supports 96W power supply), 3 USB-A 3.2 Gen2 interfaces, 1 HDMI 2.1 interface, 1 DP 1.4 interface, and 1 3.5mm audio interface.
