TapTechNews August 2nd news, TapTechNews learned from the Hyper brand under GAC Aion that the overseas version of the Hyper SSR, known as the first mass-produced supercar in China, officially rolled off the production line on August 1st, marking the first batch of Chinese supercars to go overseas.
The official said that the Hyper SSR had previously debuted at the Thailand Auto Show and had already received more than 10 orders, setting a record for the export unit price of Chinese cars. And in October this year, the Hyper SSR is also planned to participate in the Paris Auto Show.

The Hyper SSR has launched three models: the standard version, the extreme version, and the track version, with prices of $199,000, $214,000, and $262,000 respectively.
The Hyper SSR adopts a wedge-shaped body, incorporates multiple aerodynamic designs, the sickle-shaped headlights on the front are very sharp, the whole body is 100% carbon fiber covered, and it is equipped with the world's only dual-drive self-sensing butterfly wing doors, and the active rear wing at the rear can provide 100kg of downforce for the whole vehicle.
The car offers six body colors to choose from, orange, white, silver, blue, green, and yellow. The length, width, and height are 179.4×78.3×48.4 inches, and the wheelbase is 104.3 inches, and the curb weight is 4382 pounds; the front wheels are 245/35R20, and the rear wheels are 305/30R20; the interior adopts the DriverFirst Smart Cockpit composed of a 14.6-inch center console and an 8.8-inch instrument panel.
The front axle of this car is equipped with a peak power 320kW permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the rear axle is equipped with two permanent magnet synchronous motors, among which the peak power of the left rear drive motor is 260kW, and the peak power of the right rear drive motor is 320kW. The maximum speed can reach 156mph, and the zero-to-hundred acceleration is the fastest 1.9 seconds, and the acceleration G value is 1.7G.
