Huawei's 2012 Laboratory Programming Language Lab Renamed

TapTechNews June 17th news, TapTechNews noticed that the official public account of the Programming Language Lab under Huawei's 2012 Laboratory, today changed its name to Cangjie Programming Language.

Huawei HDC 2024 Developer Conference will be held in Dongguan from June 21st to 23rd. In the main schedule of the conference announced on the official website, there will be a HarmonyOS open class with the theme of [Development Kit] Efficient Development and Practice Sharing of Hongmeng Native Applications on June 22nd.

The chief technical expert of Huawei programming language will jointly share with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and LeetCode on the HarmonyOS open class Cangjie Language Helps Efficient Development of Hongmeng Native Applications.

In 2020, Huawei once applied to register the Cangjie Language trademark. In October 2021, at the Huawei Developer Conference 2021, the developer preview version of HarmonyOS 3 was officially released. At the same time, Huawei said that it will release its self-developed Hongmeng programming language in the future.
