MediaTek Announces Dimensity 7300 and Dimensity 7300X Processors

TapTechNews on May 30, MediaTek today announced the Dimensity 7300 and Dimensity 7300X processors on its official website, and the parameters are basically the same.

The two processors adopt a 4-nanometer manufacturing process and are equipped with the 12-bit HDR-ISP image processor Imagiq 950, which can support up to 200-megapixel main cameras at most.

Compared to the Dimensity 7050, the real-time focusing speed of the Dimensity 7300 and Dimensity 7300X is increased by 1.3 times, and the image quality optimization speed is increased by 1.5 times. The dynamic range of 4K HDR video recording is 50% higher than that of similar products.

The two processors support Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, support 5G dual-card technology, and support dual-card VoNR; they are integrated with the AI processor APU 655, and the AI performance is twice that of the Dimensity 7050.

In terms of the CPU, the Dimensity 7300 and 7300X are equipped with 4x Arm Cortex-A78 up to 2.5GHz + 4x Arm Cortex-A55 cores, a total of 8-core CPUs.

The Dimensity 7300 and 7300X are equipped with Arm Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, support LPDDR4x, LPDDR5 memory + UFS3.1 flash memory. TapTechNews attaches the parameter table as follows:

The previously exposed benchmark shows that the Motorola Razr 50 folding screen phone will be equipped with the Dimensity 7300X processor. The single-core score of the GeekBench 6.3.0 version is 1033 points, and the multi-core score is 2751 points.
