So far, Musk's 'Master Plan' has a total of three chapters. The first chapter was released in 2006, mainly about creating a sports car and then using the money earned to develop cheaper cars.

Ten years later in 2016, Musk released the second chapter of the 'Master Plan', adding the plan to develop more electric vehicles and planning for solar panels and energy storage battery business.

However, currently both of these chapters cannot be found on Tesla's official website. Now, the earliest blog post on Tesla's official website is as of January 18, 2019.

The third chapter of the 'Master Plan' was released in April 2023 and can still be found on Tesla's official website. In this chapter, Musk wants to expand the scale of Tesla's automotive and energy businesses to accelerate the global transition to sustainable energy.

Coincidentally, the removal of the first two chapters coincides with the time when Musk allies with Trump. Musk has recently publicly supported Trump's run for the US presidency, and the relationship between the two is getting closer. Musk and Trump also held a special conversation on X.

Trump firmly supports the US oil industry and is dissatisfied with the US's transition to new energy, and vows to repeal the electric vehicle policies introduced by the Biden administration after being elected, first of all, to cancel the subsidies for electric vehicles. He once said that even if Musk supports him, he is against everyone owning an electric vehicle.

As the CEO of Tesla, Musk echoes Trump, claiming to support Trump in canceling the subsidies for electric vehicles because Tesla doesn't rely on subsidies to survive. But according to Reuters, Tesla is still privately lobbying the US government to introduce favorable policies for electric vehicles.

Even more surprisingly, Musk actually defended the oil industry. 'I think we shouldn't slander the oil and gas industry and those who work hard in these industries and provide the necessary energy for the economy,' Musk said during the conversation with Trump.

Musk, although he owns an electric vehicle and home energy company, considers his views on energy issues 'fairly moderate.' He claims that if oil and gas companies are forced to close, the economy will 'collapse'.
