The Inauguration of the First Fully Automated Fishing Dock in China

TapTechNews September 16 news, the second-phase dock of the National Central Fishing Port - Huangsha Port was officially put into use today in Sheyang County, Jiangsu Province.

The dock is the first fully automated fishing dock in the whole country, with newly built 2210.96 meters of dock shoreline and 16 jetty docks. Supporting facilities such as net yards, storage yards, warehouses, ice plants, oil depots, and fishermen centers are complete, and the annual unloading capacity of fishery products can reach 250,000 tons.

TapTechNews quoted Xinhua News Agency as reporting that the dock has fully automatic intelligent unloading function in the country first, and gradually builds functional areas such as aquatic product trading, frozen storage, fishery materials storage, and ice-making and water-adding to improve the efficiency of dock operations and reduce the supply cost of fishing vessels.
