China's Domestic Refined Oil Prices See Largest Decrease in 2024
TapTechNews August 8th news, the National Development and Reform Commission announced today that during this round of refined oil price adjustment cycle (from July 25th to August 7th), the international oil price has decreased. As of 24:00 on August 8th, the domestic prices of gasoline and diesel per ton were reduced by 305 and 290 yuan respectively.
Nationally on average, the prices of 92-octane gasoline, 95-octane gasoline and No. 0 diesel per liter were reduced by 0.24 yuan, 0.25 yuan and 0.25 yuan respectively. According to the estimation of a general household car fuel tank with a capacity of 50 liters, filling up a tank of 92-octane gasoline will cost 12 dollars less. This is the largest decrease in domestic refined oil prices within the year.
TapTechNews note: This price adjustment is the sixth decrease in domestic refined oil prices. After the price adjustment, in 2024, the refined oil prices present seven increases, six decreases and three stalls.
According to the national mechanism of adjusting once every ten working days, the next price adjustment date is at 24:00 on August 22nd (Thursday).
