BYD Denza Z9 GT to Debut on August 20th with Advanced Technologies

TapTechNews August 8th news, BYD Denza Auto officially announced today that the Denza Z9 GT will debut on August 20th, positioned as a D-class intelligent luxury flagship GT model.

Just last month, Zhao Changjiang, general manager of BYD Denza Sales Division, posted that the recent Denza Z9 GT will officially release the world-leading platform technology and start pre-sale.

According to TapTechNews' previous report, the Denza Z9 GT made its first appearance at the 2024 Beijing Auto Show in April, positioned as the technical flagship of Denza's global vehicle series. The shooting-brake shape has attracted a lot of attention. The pure electric version of this car is equipped with a three-motor drive with a maximum power of 710 kW. The plug-in hybrid version is equipped with a 2.0T plug-in hybrid system, and the maximum power of the engine is 152 kW, and the comprehensive maximum power of the motor is 640 kW.

The Denza Z9 GT is equipped with a compressor refrigerator in the front and rear rows, and there is a Devialet elevating speaker tower in the front. The dual 50W wireless charging panels can also be elevated, and the passenger seat provides a zero-gravity seat.

The declared information shows that the length, width and height of the plug-in hybrid version of this car are 5195/1990/1500 (1480) millimeters and the wheelbase is 3125 millimeters, while the length of the pure electric version is 15 millimeters shorter than the former.
