According to the specification parameters released by MediaTek, the Helio G100 chip is almost the same as the G99 in terms of CPU, GPU, etc. The most significant change is that it supports a main camera with a maximum of 200 million pixels (G99 supports a maximum of 100 million pixels).

The Helio G100 chip adopts the TSMC 6nm (N6) process, uses an 8-core heterogeneous design, and has 2 Cortex-A76 cores with a maximum frequency of 2.2 GHz and 6 Cortex-A55 cores with a maximum frequency of 2.0 GHz.

The Helio G100 chip supports LPDDR4X memory, UFS2.2 storage, 4G connection, Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.2.

The camera functions include: 3x ISP, AI face detection, HW depth engine, AI NR, single-camera / dual-camera bokeh, hardware warp engine, rolling shutter compensation engine, MEMA 3D NR and multi-frame noise reduction.

This chipset supports an FHD+ display with a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz, paired with the Mali G57 MC2 GPU, and supports 2K video recording at 30fps, FHD@60fps and HD@120fps. TapTechNews attaches the specification screenshot as follows:
