NETGEAR Unveils New Wi-Fi 7 Wireless AP WBE710 with Multiple Features

TapTechNews August 8th news, NETGEAR locally announced the launch of a new commercial Wi-Fi 7 wireless AP (TapTechNews note: Access Point) product WBE710 on the 6th of this month.

The NETGEAR WBE710 supports three transmission bands of 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz, and each band supports 2T2R, which can provide wireless rates of 688 Mbps, 2882 Mbps and 5765 Mbps respectively, with a total specification of BE9400.

As a commercial-grade product, WBE710 supports configuring 8 independent SSIDs to facilitate the management of a large number of connected devices including wireless printers, laptops, mobile phones, and tablets.

In addition, WBE710 will soon support the Preamble Puncturing feature Note 1, which can reduce network congestion.

NETGEAR has equipped WBE710 with one 2.5 Gbps wired network port that supports 25W PoE+ power supply, and users can also specify a dedicated band for wireless backhaul to improve the stability of wireless Mesh networking.

The NETGEAR WBE710 wireless AP supports wall-mounted and ceiling-mounted installation, priced at 349.99 US dollars (currently about 2510 yuan), and has a 5-year limited hardware warranty.
