Google to Open 'Dark Web Report' Function to All Users at End of Month

TapTechNews July 10th news, Google announced today that it will open the Dark Web Report function to all Google account users at the end of this month, helping users understand personal data leakage events happening on the network more quickly.

The Dark Web Report function was previously limited to the function of purchasing GoogleOne subscriptions, mainly monitoring the parts of the network that cannot be accessed by regular network methods. In addition to checking whether personal information has been leaked, it can also search for relevant vulnerability information.

After Google users log in to their accounts, they can open the Results about you page to find out whether your personal information is included in the recent information leakage events.

The Dark Web Report function has currently been launched in 46 countries and regions around the world, and it can check the data related to your name, email, address, username and password. If user personal information is found in the data leakage event, it will notify the user immediately.
