Microsoft Admits Bugs in Windows 10 Updates

TapTechNews June 18th news, Microsoft today updated its community blog post, acknowledging that Windows 10 22H2 installs the April Optional Update KB5036979 / the May Cumulative Update KB5037768 have BUGS, and there will be problems when right-clicking the Start menu and the new version of Teams and Outlook on the taskbar.

Microsoft released the Optional Update KB5036979 on April 23rd and the Cumulative Update KB5037768 on May 14th. Microsoft said that after Windows 10 users install the above updates, after right-clicking the new version of Teams, Outlook, Snip & Sketch and other certain applications, instead of the expected right-click menu, the "Open With" dialog box will appear.

Microsoft has currently provided a temporary solution and said it will be repaired through an update later. TapTechNews attaches the following official Microsoft introduction:

Solution: Although the "Open With" replaces the regular right-click JumpLists menu, users can open the application and set it through the account and other pages of the client window.
