Users can view the data through this application on the Apple Watch, or find the Vitals section in the Health application on the iPhone to view heart rate, respiratory rate, wrist temperature, sleep duration and blood oxygen level and other data. Vitals will establish a normal range according to individual circumstances and alert users when the data goes beyond the range.
