In this case, it involves products under the US customs code 8703.10.5030. The US International Trade Commission (ITC) is expected to make the preliminary ruling on industrial damage at the latest by August 5, 2024. If the ITC rules that the import of the products involved has caused substantial damage or a threat of substantial damage to the domestic industry in the US, the US Department of Commerce will continue to investigate this case and is expected to make the preliminary ruling on countervailing on September 13, 2024, and the preliminary ruling on anti-dumping on November 27, 2024.
