It is reported that ThinkPhone 2025 will be equipped with a 6.36-inch pOLED LTPO display, supporting a maximum adaptive refresh rate of 120 Hz, with a resolution of 2670x1200 and a pixel density of 460 ppi. Compared with the first-generation ThinkPhone, the new machine has a smaller size and the battery capacity has also decreased from 5000 mAh to 4310 mAh. The specific dimensions are 154.1x71.2x8.1mm, and the weight is only 171g.

Inside the new machine is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, with 8GB of LPDDR4X memory and 256GB of storage space. Different from the first-generation ThinkPhone, the new machine only provides one memory/storage version. In addition, the machine supports 68W charging and comes with a 68W TurboPower charger.

In terms of the camera, the main camera of ThinkPhone 2025 is still 50 million pixels, and the ultra-wide-angle lens is 1300 million pixels, but the previous 200 million pixel depth sensor has been removed, replaced by a 1000 million pixel 3x optical zoom lens.
