In the PhoneLink 1.24082.137.0 version update applicable to Windows 11 23H2 and 24H2, Microsoft introduced the Suggested replies feature, and users do not need to register to join the Windows Insider project to experience the AI message reply function.

The PhoneLink application currently supports sending and receiving Android phone messages on the PC side, and the Suggested replies function uses Microsoft's cloud-based AI function to display relevant suggestions above the text box after the user receives a message.

TapTechNews quoted the media report that this function is not applicable to all PhoneLink messages, and the Windows 11 system will display up to 3 pill-shaped buttons showing recommended messages that fit the context.

If users do not want Microsoft AI to read Android messages, they can turn off this function in the Phone Link settings.
