The new research findings show that both of these modes belong to vigorous exercise and are beneficial to promoting physical and mental health.

The paper points out that people who engage in 75-150 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise per week have a lower risk of cancer, type 2 diabetes, ischemic heart disease, and ischemic stroke. Therefore, by playing Supernatural games for 75 minutes or longer per week, the chance of developing these diseases can be reduced.
