BYD SEAL to Enter Japanese Market with Special Offers

TapTechNews June 26 news, BYD Auto announced that starting from local time June 25, its electric sedan SEAL will land in 55 authorized BYD dealers across Japan and start selling in Japan on the same day. The official said that the first 1,000 customers who place orders will be eligible for special preferential prices.

Standard version: The suggested retail price is 5.28 million yen (currently about 241,000 Chinese yuan), and the special preferential price is 4.95 million yen (currently about 226,000 Chinese yuan).

Four-wheel drive version: The suggested retail price is 6.05 million yen (currently about 276,000 Chinese yuan), and the special preferential price is 5.72 million yen (currently about 261,000 Chinese yuan).

BYD SEAL will offer five colors in the local area, namely light blue, dark blue, black, gray and white, but only black interior is provided. In addition, BYD will also carry out test drives and roadshows in Harajuku, Shibuya, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka.
