Panasonic Releases New Full-Frame L-Mount Camera and Lenses

TapTechNews May 25th news, Panasonic has just released the full-frame L mount mirrorless camera Lumix S9 and new lenses. The Lumix S9 is the smallest full-frame L-mount camera Panasonic has ever made, and its size is even smaller than that of Fujifilm X100VI and close to that of Sony A7CII.

In addition to the camera body, Panasonic will also release a 26mm F8 pancake lens and an 18-40mm f/4.5-6.3 compact zoom lens that is under development.

In addition, Panasonic has also announced the latest Lumix S series lens roadmap. From the map we can see (TapTechNews note: blue mark), there are two more new lenses in Panasonic's planning, including a standard zoom lens, which may be in the 28-75mm F2.8 specification; the other is a super telephoto zoom lens, which may be 100-400mm F5.0-6.3.
