For reference, the currently sold 2024 Trumpchi GS8 luxury intelligent connection version models are standard with 20-inch rims, electric tailgates, keyless entry and start, 12.3-inch full LCD instrument panel, 14.6-inch central touch screen, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, wireless phone charging, front seat heating, 4G network, adaptive high and low beam LED headlight group, 32-color ambient light, three-zone air conditioning, negative ion generator, L2-level driving assistance and other functions and configurations.
In terms of power, the currently sold 2024 Trumpchi GS8 offers 2.0T pure gasoline and 2.0T gasoline-electric hybrid options. Among them, the 2.0T engine has a maximum power of 185 kilowatts and a peak torque of 531 foot-pounds, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission, and high-end models offer a four-wheel drive system. The 2.0T gasoline-electric hybrid model also offers two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive versions. The 2.0T engine has a maximum power of 140 kilowatts and a peak torque of 236 foot-pounds. The maximum total power of the electric motor in the two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive versions is 134 kilowatts and 174 kilowatts respectively, and it is mated to an E-CVT electronic continuously variable transmission.
