Apple's 'Apple ID' Renamed to 'Apple Account' in iOS/iPadOS 18

TapTechNews June 11th news, in the first developer preview version of iOS/iPadOS 18, Apple's Apple ID has been replaced by the new name Apple Account / Apple 账户.

Apple also updated the developer software license agreement and updated some Apple ID clauses to Apple Account.

TapTechNews previously reported that Gurman once爆料 that there is an Apple Account team inside Apple, and the new name will be启用 in the later part of this year on the web side and in Apple's upcoming major software update. It is expected that the term Apple ID that has been used for more than 20 years will be phased out gradually later this year.
